He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Bergsten and Gladys Bergsten (Hilding); his wife Patricia Bergsten (Pat); his son Mark Bergsten; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Bergsten; his brothers, Ronald and Larry Bergsten; and his sister-in-law Audrey Bergsten.
He is survived by: his children, Dyan Larsen (Kent) and Ben Bergsten (Piera); his grandchildren, Abby Barents (Jacob), Lauren McGuire (Jared), Lexy Larsen, Ally Bergsten, Megan McLain, Olivia Larsen, Matthew McLain, Avary Bergsten and Lexie McLain; and his great grandchild Saben Barents.
