She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Wesley Scott (Jerry); her son Steven Scott; her grandson Shawn Scott; her granddaughters-in-law, Viola Mahoney (Paul), Norma Buffum (Jim) and Jane Ann Christiansen (Lloyd); her brother Larry Lewis; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Lewis, Dena Lewis and Diane Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Deanne McIntosh (Richard) of Missouri Valley and Gary Scott (Jackie) of Kingman, Arizonia; her brothers, Ken Lewis of Council Bluffs, John "Buzzy" Lewis of Neola and Dennis Lewis of Council Bluffs, Iowa; her sister-in-law Cecelia Lewis of Council Bluffs, Iowa; her grandchildren, Jeremy Scott (Rosie), Darin McIntosh (Angie) and Lynn McIntosh (Aric Ulmer); her stepgrandchildren, Scott Carter (Marisol) and Cindy Deckard; her great grandchildren, Colby McIntosh, Kinley McIntosh, Sydni McIntosh, Sean Hein, Isabella Scott and JJ Scott; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Lamonte, Eddie Duarte, Tristan Carter and Beck Siepker; and her great great grandchild Maeve McIntosh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
