It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marcella E. Jacobsen of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on August 21, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Rocha and Dorothy Rocha (Wright); her husband Randy Jacobsen; her daughter Pamela Cannon; and her siblings, Phillip, Greg, Ricky, Fred, Bill, Louie, Pete and Carmella.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Hatch, Jesse Gusman and Wayne Davis; and her siblings, Patty Davis (Jim), Tina Jones (Bill) and Mike Kennedy. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
