We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2023, at the age of 86, Lucile Armendarez of Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Megargel, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Silvaz and Cesaria Silvaz (Perez); and her husband Urbano Armendarez. She is survived by: her children, Martin (Brenda Montoya), Manuel (Kathy Armendarez), Raul Armendarez of Council Bluffs, Paul Armendarez (Nicole), Mary Lou Armendarez of Omaha, Alicia (Alfredo Trevino) and Lorraine Ventura (Catalino) of Bellevue, NE; and her siblings, Pedro (Carolina Silvaz), Paul Silvaz of Hermiston, OR, Felix Silvaz of Heyburn, Idaho, Carlos Silvaz Jr., Paula Sosa of Happy, Texas, Petra Soto of Homedale, Idaho and Ramona Loya of Heyburn, Idaho.. She is also survived by 39 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
