With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LaVern C. Creps in Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on October 7, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil L. Creps and Lula Creps (Marshall); his siblings, Lucille, Helen, Delores, Bill and Bobby; and his granddaughter Amber Mellor.

He is survived by: his children, Malinda Mellor, Brenda Bates and Tim Creps (Judy). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; many great and great great-grandchildren.
