Larry Lee Hayes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Lee Hayes of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on January 25, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Hayes and Marie Hayes (Bryant); his wife Sharon May; his daughter Sheila; his son-in-law Dan Hill; his brother Lyndoe "Bud"; and his brother-in-law Jack May.
He is survived by: his children, Lonnie Hayes (Melinda) and Susan Corrin (Willy); his grandsons, J. J. Golka (Angie), Jason Golka, Jesse Corrin (Karissa) and Daniel Corrin (Jenna); his great grandchildren, J. T., Rose, James, John, Adaline and Sutton; his sister Janice Fager; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Nightser (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glenwood Cemetery (1105 N Locust St, Glenwood, IA 51534).
