He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Elder and Loretta Elder (Cahill). He is survived by: his wife Carol Elder; his daughter Sheila Naylor (Matt); his grandson Cale Naylor; and his mother-in-law Joan B. Hatfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
