He is survived by: his children, Kory Leiss, Kasey Leiss and Kristen Leiss; his grandchildren, Layla and Dawson; his girlfriend Carol J.; his siblings, Tom Leiss (Kay), Tim Leiss (Sandy) and Cindy Walker; and his sister-in-law Connie Leiss.
