He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Adkins and Betty Adkins (Howe). He is survived by: his wife Diane Adkins; his sons, Kenny Adkins, Wesley Adkins (Jill) and Nicholas Adkins (Tanya); his grandchildren, Mason, Samuel, Lucas, Emma, Trent, Paisley and Stella; and his siblings, Nancy Kemp (Dan), Janice Jones (Chuck), Robert "Bob" Adkins Jr. (Linda), Marty Adkins (Carol), Dean Adkins (Kris) and Danny Adkins (Michele). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, a host of other family and friends.
