She was predeceased by: her father Richard S. "Dick" Osborn; and her stepmother Delores Osborn (Pedersen). She is survived by: her husband Sandy Andrews; her children, Carrie Van Voltenberg and Adam Van Voltenberg; her stepsons, Jeff Andrews (Chandra) and Josh Andrews (Amy); her grandchildren, Sadie, Odin, Griffin and Phoenix; and her brothers, Scott Osborn (Marla Conley), Mike Osborn (Cindy) and Jeff Osborn (June). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
