He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Queen; his sons, Samuel Disalvo and Daniel Disalvo (Jeannie); his stepdaughter Melissa Queen; his siblings, Mervin Disalvo (Becky) and Virginia "Ginny" Case (John); his grandchildren, Amelia Disalvo and Kiara Queen; and his sister Memory Mescher (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
