It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Howard of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Howard; and his nephew Daniel Howard. He is survived by: his mother Judith Howard (Snyder); his wife Sue Lamphear; his son Lane Howard; his stepdaughters, Meghan Taylor (Nathan Harding) and Kaylee Reynolds-Taylor (Tyler); and his siblings, David Howard (Rinda), John Howard (Nikki) and Jill Sailors (Don). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
