He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Jane Lewis and Harold Tom Lewis (H. T.); his siblings, Thomas Kent Lewis (T. K.) and Susan Lewis; and his grandson Gabriel Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Dianna; his children, Tabitha Wood (Jeremy) and James Lewis (Nisha); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Tucker, London and Julian. He is also survived by many siblings, nieces, and nephews.
