He is survived by: his girlfriend Toni Christiansen; his brother Todd; his children, Kelley, Graham, Jack and Dallas; his stepdaughters, Amy and Amber Delezene; his grandchildren, Claire, Kylah, Cashius, Deacon, Gabe and Teagan; and his great grandchild Josephine.
