He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Goeltz and Margaret Goeltz (Bowron); his grandson Derrick; and his siblings, Marilyn (Jungerheld), Virginia (Sorensen), Margaret, Gerald and William Goeltz (Bonnie).
He is survived by: his wife Sheila (Westbury) of Council Bluffs; his sons, Jeffrey (Lila) of Corvalis, Paul of Council Bluffs and Kurt of Harlan, Iowa; his grandchildren, Akoya, Ella and Aspen; and his siblings, Richard (Gloria) of Colgate, Louis (Tina) of Green Bay, Wisconsin and Mary Palmer (Cary) of Cable, Wisconsin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
