He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Evans and Emma Evans; his siblings, Shirley Awalt, Frank, Gary and Robert Evans; and his daughter Shirley Bader.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Clark; his brother Richard Evans; and his children, James Evans, Rebecca Pauli, Rhonda Collins and Shannon Bailey.
