She is survived by: her children, Nicole Dvorak of Council Bluffs and Chad Hansen (Pam) of Nebraska City, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Bryant Dvorak (Hailey Haar), Noah Dvorak, Lexie Giittenger and Kennedy Hansen; her sister Peggy Eickhoff (Tom) of Charles City, Iowa; and her sister-in-law Karen Ettleman of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by the cat; nieces, nephews.
The family will direct memorial contributions.
