He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete DeSantiago and Leona DeSantiago; and his wife Peggy Sue. He is survived by: his caregivers, Michael and Amber DeSantiago. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503).
George has requested memorials to the American Cancer Society.
