It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank A. Foote of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foote and Madgie Foote (Rachau); his son Matthew Foote; and his siblings, Shirley Mutchler and William Foote.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Foote; his sons, Frank Foote of Council Bluffs and Keith Foote of Council Bluffs; and his siblings, Janice Wieczorek of Omaha, Denise Pazderka of Glenwood, Paula (Howard Sherrer), Mike (Debora Foote), Charles (Julie Foote), Roger Foote of Bellevue, NE. and Raymond Foote (Joy) of Eldon, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
