She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mendez and Angelina Helen Ruiz (Mendez). She is survived by: her sons, Robert Saenz and Ignasio Saenz; her daughters-in-law, Sara Saenz and Jen Saenz; her granddaughter Lily Saenz; and her sisters, Carmen, Lupe, Rita, Christina and Monica.
