We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2023, at the age of 72, Elizabeth Rife in Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father William Kell; her grandchildren, Andrew Clary and Ashley Thallas; and her mother-in-law Juanita Thallas. She is survived by: her husband Dillon; her children, Robin Scobba (Monte), Tammy Thallas, Gary Dean Pleas, Stacy Thompson (Tom), Angela Thurman (Bruce) and Rodney Rife (Marla); and her sister Marilyn Ruby (Richard). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
