He is survived by: his daughter Kaili Eisenauer (Corey Conn) of Council Bluffs; and his brothers, David Hendrix of Council Bluffs, Chaz Hendrix of Omaha and Brian Hendrix of Hinkley, MN.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
