He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane F. Whitbeck and Edith Whitbeck (Radliff); his wife Donna Whitbeck (Hathaway); and his sisters, Phyllis Weise and Janet Neal.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Terri L. Johns (Steve) of Sierra Vista, AZ and Jenny Brooks of Greeneville, TN; his sister Muriel Chenoweth; his nieces and nephews, Jay, Debbie, Scott Neal, Judy Neal and LuAnne Autera; and his grandchildren, Guy Kerns (Kasey), Cory Kerns (Tracie), Jason Johns (Jennifer), Penny Grubb (Michael) and Andrew Brooks.
Memorials are suggested to Children's Hospital in Omaha, NE.
