She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Bud" Wingate and Frances Maier Wingate; her siblings, Ann Casey and Raymond Wingate; and her in-laws, Richard and Charlotte Snook.
She is survived by: her husband Roger; and her children, Joseph Snook of Manassas, Virginia, Patrick Snook (Shelley) of Council Bluffs, Michael Snook (Pat) of Council Bluffs, Susan Monks (Julian) of New Hope, Minnesota, Mariann Wingert (Glenn) of Panama, Iowa and Thomas Snook of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
