She is survived by: her children, Michael McCullough (Krista), Keri Perry (Ryan) and Kayla James (Scott); her sister Karen Root (Marvin); her grandchildren, Josh McCullough (Krystal), Jayce Englund, Sarah McCullough, Hannah James, Hailey James, Logan James, Aubrey Perry and Khaleesi Perry; and her great grandchildren, Serenity McCullough and Landon McCullough. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
