She is survived by: her husband Jerry Woodward; her children, Susan Leman (Phil), Lori Gascoigne (Dennis), Lisa Qualset (Kevin) and Jeff Woodward (Jennie); and her sisters, Diane Sledge and Judy Madison (Bob). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, (Ashley, Shannon, Jordan, Tyler, Carson and Bailey); 1 great-grandchild.
