It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna J. Emick (Council Bluffs, Iowa), who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Novotny and Eleanor Novotny; her sister-in-law Rose Novotny; and her stepdaughter Claire Emick. She is survived by: her husband Tom Emick; her brother Tony Novotny (Sandy); and her daughters, Vicki Goos (Greg), Rita Schroeder (Leslie Atkinson), Nancy Vacanti (Paul), Jean Schroeder (Don Seidholz) and Sandra Schroeder. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
