She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd D. Northup and Hildreth Northup (Abel); her husband Dean C. Phillips, Sr.; her grandsons, Austin, Brent Malskeit and Christopher Phillips; her siblings, Salley Northup and James Quire; and her stepchildren, Randall Phillips and Donna Groveunder.
She is survived by: her children, David V. Phillips and Amy Malskeit (Matt) of Council Bluffs; her grandchildren, Keith McDermott, Sean McDermott, John Phillips, David F. Phillips, Laura Valdez, Machaela Cox, Morgan Malskeit, Jonathan Phillips and Lauren Phillips; her stepchildren, Daryl Phillips (Karen), Dean Phillips, Jr. (Gloria) and Janice Braun (Keith) of Exira, IA; and her siblings, Sandra Mossman and Billy Northup (Wilma). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
