He was predeceased by: his parents, Zernie Harold and Naomi Harold; and his wife Judy Harold. He is survived by: his children, Richard Harold (Alma Covarrubias) and Denise Harold (Robert Whalen); his siblings, Terry Harold (Janelle) and Carol Palmer (David); his grandchildren, Gavin Harold, Ashlyn Harold, Morgan Harold, Bryson Harold, Jacob Whalen (Rachel Dungan), Jared Whalen and Rebecca Cummins; and his great grandchild Weston Whalen.

Memorials are suggested to the YMCA Healthy Living Center.
