He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foote and Connie Foote; and his brother Randy Foote. He is survived by: his wife Janis Foote of Council Bluffs, IA; his siblings, Jeff Foote Valley (Amy) of Missouri and Marsha (Doug Miller); and his children, Dennis Walls (Freddi), Trisha Phillips (Jamel), Scott Foote (Tony), Shane Foote (Julie) and Diane Hicks.
