She is survived by: her children, Shannon Hammermeister (Katrina) of Missouri Valley, Iowa and Angel Hankenson (Sean) of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and her siblings, Jack Lewis Jr. of Westminister, Rick Lewis (Kathy Flannagan) of Council Bluffs, Jerry Lewis (Lorrie) of Pittsburg, Terry Lewis of Oakland, Iowa, Sherry Chirum (Joe) of Pittsburgh and Cindy Hammermeister (Karl) of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
