He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Boles; his son Syris Moore (Ashley Campbell); his grandchild Skylar; his brother Michael Boles; and his uncles, Ben Ziola of Chicago, IL and Jim Ziola. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
