He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Vokt and Violet Vokt (Jenkins). He is survived by: his wife Susanne; his pet Bella; his son Eric (Julie); his grandchildren, Ian, Brenna and Colin; his children, Adam, Kimberly and Elise (Michael); his granddaughter Lila Santos; his brothers, Richard (Sylvia) and Dennis (Rose); and his mother-in-law Maria Gibson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Susanne, who will distribute them to Dan's favorite charities.
