Constance Spencer Obituary

Though Constance may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Constance touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Barnette Spencer and Greta Spencer (Chapin). She is survived by: her sons, Brian Dickey (Krista) and Scott Dickey; her sister Carol Daniels (Denny); and her grandchildren, Jacob Dickey, Riley Dickey and Kaden Dickey.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
