He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Fowler and Thelma Fowler (Henderson); his daughter Jeanette Foster; his granddaughter Melissa Foster; his brothers, Charlie Stubbs and Ed Ewing; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Mace, Larry Mace and Mickey Mace.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Fowler (Mace); his children, Angela Wheeler (Ray), Cliff Fowler (Angie) and Chris Fowler (Stevi); and his brother Don Ewing. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
