He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Dilts and Ellen "Ruth" Dilts (Mahan); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Gustafson and Thomas Collins. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Dilts; his children, Jolene Dilts, Samantha Rosenbeck (Kent), Bailey Dilts (Chawnee) and Nicole Dilts; his grandchildren, Ely, Kyle, Kelby, Ellenor, Octavia and Thorsten; and his siblings, Linda Collins, Christina Gunderson (Frank), Susan Gustafson, Karen Hander, Evelyn Rock (Bill) and Donald Dilts (Lorrie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins; a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Community of Christ Church (140 W Kanesville Blvd, Council Bluffs, IA 51503).
