With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Moreland (Council Bluffs, Iowa), who passed away on September 8, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Sr. Dunning and Anna Dunning (Waldron); her son Eugene "Skip" Moreland, Jr.; her siblings, Charlene "Sherry" Sulentic, James Dunning, Jr. and Bill Kanaley; her stepbrother Bob Stoddard; her stepfather Noel "Rocky" Stoddard; and her former husband Eugene Moreland, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Michele Alvarado Antonio, Nikki Moreland and Matthew Moreland (Tonya); and her sister Candace Merrifield (Mike). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
