She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Watkins and Juanita Watkins (Johnson); her husband Garry Boetel; her brother Bill Watkins; and her brother-in-law Ralph Head.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Watkins, Clara Head and Debbie Frey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
