It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Tripp of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Carrie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Carrie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather Robert Hatcher. She is survived by: her children, Tylor Hutchens, Alyssa Hutchens, Caleb Tripp and Braxton Tripp; her mother Cindy Hatcher of Council Bluffs; and her siblings, Dan Colton of New York and Beverly Harvey of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
