She is survived by: her children, Tonya Smith (Matt Moreland) and Brian Smith (Kim Spaulding); her grandchildren, Jacob Smith (Taryn), Austin Shannon, Stephen, Holly and Wyatt Klimek; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Aryiah and Remmington Smith; her sister Patty Achenbach (Danny); and her close friend Brian Jackson of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
