He is survived by: his parents, Ronald D. Cihacek (Susan Hanford) of Arvada, CO and Linda A. Cihacek (Huberty) of Council Bluffs; and his brothers, Ronald Cihacek (Lillia Alvarez) of Omaha, Christopher Cihacek (Christina Ziegler) of Broomfield, CO and Sean Cihacek (Marcia Drogheo) of Arvada. He is also survived by 3 nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
