She is survived by: her parents, Melvin Fouts and Ada Zilla McCord (Cover); her children, Kimberly Sue Barnes and Jackie B.; her siblings, Ruth, George, Bernard, Jean, Oscar and Wanda; her children, Tami Jo Tietsort (Doug) of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Cara Lee Johnson of Mesa, Arizona and Raymond Thies Budd of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and her siblings, Mina Usher of Glenwood, Iowa, Shirley McCord of Glenwood, Iowa and Raymond McCord of Anacortes, Washington. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
