With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ann Kissel (Council Bluffs, Iowa), born in Woodbine, Iowa, who passed away on September 7, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Isaac Kissel; and her daughter Carol Diane Benedict. She is survived by: her children, Connie Surber (Jim), Michael Kissel (Liz), Isaac "Ike" Kissel and Christina Kissel; and her sisters, Linda Gearhart and Shirley Hare. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
