He is survived by: his wife Kristina; his children, Ashley, Kelsey Johnson, Andrew McDonald (Ira Nesbitt) of Massachusetts and Emilee Vanoverschelde (Logan); his granddaughter Violet of Colorado; his stepdaughters, Stacey Vincent of Missouri and Shelly Mueller of Kansas; and his sisters, Susan Bender of Kansas and Sharon Crawford (David) of Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with his many grand dogs.
