She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Tierney and Ellie C. Tierney (Hollinrake); her sister Eileen Helms; and her brothers-in-law, Joe Helms and Keith Murphy.

She is survived by: her daughter JoAnn Weber (John) of Council Bluffs; her granddaughters, Christy and Lisa; and her sister Helen Murphy of Council Bluffs. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren.
