With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Glee Gaylord of Corydon, Iowa, who passed away on September 23, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Nickell and Olive Nickell (Rogers); her husband Roger Gaylord; her son Steve Gaylord; her sister Marilyn Gibbs; and her niece Rhonda Nickell-Taylor.

She is survived by: her daughter Joy Powers (Glenn Eagle); her grandchildren, Joni Johnson (Jeared), David Croak (Hope) and Zachary Croak; and her siblings, Sharon Anderson and Raymond Nickell (LaVonne). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
