With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Ethel Starnes of Corydon, Iowa, who passed away on December 13, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Palmer and Mary Palmer (Hammond); her husband Ronald Starnes; and her siblings, Irene Palmer Lohr, Orville Palmer, Ila Mae Palmer Brees, Karl Palmer, Ruth Palmer Woollis, Harry Palmer, Leo Palmer and Floyd Palmer.
She is survived by: her parents-in-law, Koran Brees of Corydon and Marilyn Palmer of Corydon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
