He was predeceased by: his parents, Mardeth Dean Sloan and Bernadine Carlson Sloan; his wife Pam Canady; his stepson Brad Arnold; and his brother Richard Sloan (Spick).
He is survived by: his children, Tara Spidle (Carl), Leon, Cade Sloan (DeeDee Chance), LeeAnn Millizer (Steve) and Ray Sloan; his stepson Chad Arnold; and his daughter-in-law Holly Arnold. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and very special friends.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be given to The Refuge or the Corydon United Methodist Church.
