He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Riekens and Lois Riekens (Bemis); his wife Mary Jo; his daughter Tammi Faulkner; his grandchildren, Andrew Dennis and Taylor Faulkner; and his brothers, Jim Riekens and Ed Riekens.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Mackey (Don); his grandchildren, Simon Dennis (Jennifer), Emily Arnone (Joe), Ali Chandiramani (Bobby) and Gentry Smith (Zach); and his siblings, Sharon, Jan, Diane, Judy and Sid. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
