He was predeceased by: his brother Glenn Hemphill. He is survived by: his pet Queenie; his wife Yvonne Hemphill; his sons, Gregory Dean Hemphill (Jean) and Kendall Hemphill (Laurie); and his grandchildren, Andrew Hemphill (Heather), Angela Elings (T. J.), Ashley Hemphill (Garrett), Madison Hemphill and Lucas Hemphill.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus, the family will not be present.
Memorials may be given to Prairie Trails Museum or EveryStep Hospice.
